Construction Material Supply

Sourcing and logistics for projects where getting the material to site is a larger problem than buying it.

Approach

Supply Chain Management, Applied to Construction Materials.

Our team's experience is in project and supply chain management for the energy and industrial sectors. Material supply applies that directly: consolidating requirements, sourcing to specification through partner suppliers, and managing the logistics into remote and seasonal sites.

Where a project carries Indigenous procurement commitments, this line is one of the more direct routes to meeting them. We source through Indigenous-owned suppliers and partnerships where the capability exists, and help build it where it does not.

Categories

Materials We Can Help Source.

We do not hold inventory. We source through partners against your specification and delivery window. These are the kinds of requirements we take on.

Access and Ground Protection

Matting from the Centurion product line, and the cribbing and dunnage that go with it.

Aggregate and Civil Materials

Gravel, fill and other bulk civil materials for access, pads and site works.

Site Consumables

The fencing, signage and day-to-day supply a remote site runs through, consolidated into one delivery schedule.

Indigenous supply chain

Procurement That Produces Real Participation.

Indigenous procurement targets are often met on paper through pass-through arrangements that leave no capability behind. That is a reputational risk for the proponent and a missed opportunity for the community.

We work the other way: identify what an Indigenous-owned supplier can deliver today, structure the supply relationship around that, and use the contract itself to build toward more. It takes longer to set up and it holds up under scrutiny.

  • Supplier identification and capability assessment
  • Supply-readiness support: prequalification, insurance, registration
  • Contract structuring that builds capacity rather than passing through it
  • Reporting that shows real participation, not just spend attribution

Logistics

Getting It to Site.

  1. 01

    Consolidate

Take the requirement across categories rather than quoting line by line.

  2. 02

    Source

To specification, through partner suppliers, with Indigenous-owned suppliers assessed first where the capability exists.

  3. 03

    Schedule

Against the seasonal window and the reality of site access, not an idealized calendar.

  4. 04

    Deliver and Track

Coordinated delivery into site, with documentation that satisfies both the project and the procurement reporting.
